The location is fantastic, close to the main shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants just across the street, and you can reach the nightlife in just 3-5 minutes. 🛍️.

the hotel looks fine in everything the room as well. I have to complain about the bathroom was really cheap and old. worst part of my staying was the heating water system next to my room that sounded like an engine all night long. well avoid room 12b!

The location was very central to Kuta and Legian.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding gardens and pool area are absolutley beautiful. I would recommend a stay here if you like cheap and clean accomodation.
The only fault i would mention is the limited breakfast menu if you like a large brekky but the staff were lovely.

good hotel for the room rate, nice rooms, nice pool, nice garden, rooms ok,
At checking in already a discussion started concerning the room rate, they said they made a mistake at Booked.net, the rate was not good and the price had be higher, on the last day we paid and again a discussion that instead of 30 dollars per night it must be 40 . after discussion we had to pay 30 dollars a night but the rate to indonesian rupiah was approximately 15% higher than effective. on the computer we calculate the rate and it was ok we paid the normal .. warning for everyone, calculate your exchange rate before check out.staff is unfriendly,

the location is very strategic because in the heart of legian kuta bali, but for the access road to entry the hotel is too tight and almost have no parking area for car. And also the billboard of hotel's name almost unseen to new guest.
the owel is very not clean enough, no card card for payment

This is a terrible hotel. It is a worst hotel I ever have. The room is smelt and dirty. The bathroom is stinky and dirty towel. The staff is not speaking any english. I pay alot of money for 3 stars hotel but actually it is a zero star.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the serene swimming pool. It was so nice to relax in such a peaceful environment amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. the location was fantastic, being close to many shops, restaurants and bars. The fact that it was also an easy walk to the beach was a major plus.
I have to admit that the cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing. The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the garbage bin, and the towels looked old and worn.

The garden is beautiful and makes you feel comfortable. The pool is very nice and usually there are not that many guests lying there, so it is rather quiet. The location is increadible, because it is very quiet, but so close to the biggest and loudest street in the area. The rooms are clean and newly renovated.
